Bead For Life
BeadforLife eradicates extreme poverty by creating bridges of understanding between impoverished Africans and concerned world citizens. Ugandan women turn colorful recycled paper into beautiful beads, and people who care open their hearts,homes and communities to buy and sell the beads.
The beads thus become income, food, medicine, school fees and hope. It is a small miracle that enriches us all.

Be A HERO creates heroes out of ordinary people by providing them with opportunities to change the world, one child at a time. Be A HERO opens the eyes of people everywhere to the wholesale destruction of children, and enlists everyone to the mission of mercy and social justice – caring for children suffering as a result of poverty, child labour, slavery, homelessness, sexual exploitation, aids and plagues, and war.
